Need-oriented sleep counseling

Baby sleep is often a big issue for parents - and every child sleeps differently. In my sleep consultation, I help you to better understand your baby's sleeping habits and find individual solutions that suit your family. My approach is bonding and needs-oriented, without rigid sleep training or "letting them cry it out".
