Your parenting preparation according to the Babyfeeling Method© offers you

  • Methods for reducing anxiety related to childbirth and parenthood

  • Promoting active fatherhood (to strengthen the bond between parents and their baby)

  • Practical, theoretical and realistic exercises for a needs-oriented approach to dealing with your baby (baby crying, baby sleep, healthy baby carrying, infant handling)

  • Preparation for the postpartum period, infant care, developmental spurts and the first years with a child

  • exchange between other (expectant) parents

It is recommended to attend the course from the 30th week of pregnancy.
