About me

Astrid Lustig

My name is Astrid Lustig. I am a qualified health and nursing professional and work as a breastfeeding and parenting consultant. I live in beautiful Lower Austria near Tulln and am married and the proud mother of three daughters.

By becoming self-employed, I have turned my passion into my profession.

I know first-hand how challenging and at the same time enriching it can be to accompany children in a world that is often characterized by hectic pace and expectations.

In my consulting practice, I place particular emphasis on appreciating parents in their uniqueness and supporting them in building a deep and trusting bond with their children. Through sensitive conversations and practical tips, I help parents to better understand the needs of their children and to respond to them without losing sight of their own needs.

My approach is holistic and individualized. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, but that every family has its own values, traditions and challenges.

I see my job as encouraging parents to find their own way and to trust their gut feeling.

If you are looking for support and inspiration on your journey as a parent, I warmly invite you to
